Same here. I can only think of him as Bond if I look at Woody Allen.
I don't think of him as Bond either. He has a face like a Thunderbirds puppet. My point, though, is that I have an even tougher time thinking of him as Bond now.
It's not really a weight issue for me - though I don't want him too muscular. It's more his age catching up with him. I can't look at him and think, "That's Bond", like i did in QoS.
