  I second that. It’s far off from being Bond and rather some middle-aged man running around with toy guns and talking like schmocks.
  
  But back to the topic: I always found the YouTube-channel „Goldentusk“ rather...uncomfortable to watch.

  The weird thing is that none of those Bond impersonators seemed embarrassed by themselves trying to be second-rate Bonds. It's one thing for a professional actor wanting to play the Bond character, and another for a non-actor to try to play a Bond actor.
  
  But if they are making money from it, who can blame them. But they have a very short shelf life, once a new actor takes over the role of Bond.

  At first I was like cosplay and I thought "oh that can't be bad" but yeah, I don't get it apart from Connery impersonators.

  I imagine that the Connery Bond would be easier to impersonate physically. There are quite a few people who look like Connery or similar. Many Scots do, especially around the mouth, so it must be a genetic thing. Connery also has some gypsy genes, so that is probably what gave him the slightly swarthy look he had when he was Bond. He seems to have lost that now.
