We've just finished our prototype "Craig Sunglasses" and will begin production of these shortly:

The sunglasses will likely start shipping some time in March.

We'll also be working on a "Craig Henley" that should sell for around $50. We're hoping to have these released later in April.

Stay tuned!

Kind regards,
Magnoli

Wondering how many would be interested in us replicating the Edge sunglasses. Opinions seem polarized as to the style. If there's enough interest, we'll do a run. Guessing these would be in our usual $80 price range.

We're also working on the burgundy tie worn with the tan outfit.

I think the above means that the henley is 50, what would you estimate the sunglasses will run?

    Hi Indy, loving the work!!

Just my thought but may be worth considering doing a Matera linen blue jacket. Your quality and eye for detail would certainly prove worthwhile on this piece.

It'll likely get a good level of interest if the price point was right as the uplift on the rerun of this from Connelly has put a few off.
Its a pretty unique style of jacket but done right and at a fairer price point im sure a good few would take you up on that jacket.

Sunglasses should be about $80 each.

If there are enough guys interested in the blue linen jacket, we could do it through our White Label line and probably keep the price to around $250 (shipped).

    Kind regards,
    Indy

Would anyone like to suggest a name for this style? "Do You Know How To Fly One Of These Sunglasses" doesn't quite have the right ring to it...

    The Glider/s?

Also Indy, do you happen to have any plans to do a budget BP Joe? They seem like a very basic design that doesn't warrant such a high cost, so I would be very interested in one of your creations!

    Yep, 'Gliders' sounds most fitting.

    Looking nice.

Is the intent for flexible arm tips?
  • Indy MagnoliIndy Magnoli Somewhere in the PacificPosts: 426MI6 Agent
No, the arms area always designed straight in the technical drawing, then the bend calculated as that's how the metal arm is produced.
  • lippelippe Posts: 134MI6 Agent
Ah, thank you. I wasn't aware that's how it works in this field; I'm more used to plastic injection moulding.

This looks really great! 100% interested in the henley.

I would also be interested in the BP 'Joe' sunglasses over any of the other styles...FWIW.

Any word on when the sunglasses will be available? Will they be launched simultaneously with the new Goldeneye tie?
  • Indy MagnoliIndy Magnoli Somewhere in the PacificPosts: 426MI6 Agent
The Craig Sunglasses will be ready soon, but the Glider Sunglasses are still in pre-production. Once we have the prototypes finished and approved, we'll post them here and update on the timing.
