Someone wants to make sure that people know this film is coming out. As it's been 4 1/2 years since the last film, I'm glad they're aware that Bond needs an awareness campaign.
The scene with the glider launch from the plane was a bit of a surprise as we didn't have any hints of it during production. Although that part does make me think a lot of of MI Fallout.

The bit about “her secret” as a portrait of M is shown, makes me wonder...
Ok.....so we did get a NTTD Super Bowl trailer after all. I was finally right about something......as they say, even a broken clock is right twice a day ) . Re: the bit about her secret as a portrait of M is shown....there is a bunch of stuff shown with and after that. I wouldn't read anything into it but it might represent Bond's past; but who knows, trailer's are notorious for messing with context and going for maximum visceral response. One thing that short trailer does confirm, there's a ton of stuff we don't know about this film.
I'd say the glider was a gift from Q as part of Bond's "need a plane to get there" request (from that Q teaser vid).
Reminds me of the Octopussy plane how it unfolds.
I can believe someone never flying a plane flying one. But this thing looks like it breaks the sound barrier. Nomi is gonna wile coyote into the side of a mountain. But of course the first thing she does is a perfect tailspin. Mary Sue. Dumb dumb dumb. Real James Bond would not let her fly.

Yes. It's the only shot I've seen so far that I'm not much a fan of. It looks, quite obviously, CGI and reminds me a little of the Fast & Furious later pictures (obviously more grounded though). Rest of the picture looks very good!

The Die Another Day Switchblades were one of the few things that I liked in the second half of that film, so I'm not unhappy to see something similar in NTTD.
What I'm less excited about is the statement that NTTD will "change EVERYTHING!" The 24 previous films were, by and large, pretty great. Please, don't go changing everything...
Blueprints for an aircraft were in front of Q on his desk during that 30-second Q teaser. There was also a small model on the desk to his right, what looked more like a military drone. I was wondering why the model had folded wings though. Now it seems it was an early prototype for this glider.
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.
I think the glider is a neat idea, but I won't judge until I see the movie. Possibly it looks too CGI or the scene doesn't work for other reasons, but it could be great too.

Both my dad and I saw this trailer last night, both of us got really excited with all of the new scenes especially the glider scene. I am happy that like the last two movies, this one is getting an IMAX release. IMAX is an amazing format and when I can, I really enjoy watching movies in an IMAX theatre.
is the assumption that it is Maddy under the ice? that looks like a male figure to me but I've been wrong many times before? looks like JB is also going to spend some time in the water in a tuxedo no less.

I'll go back one further and say it reminds me of The Living Daylights PTS where Bond and the other agents jump out of the plane. Which also reminds me that Tomorrow Never Dies also had Bond jumping out of an airplane for the Halo Jump. Then comes Die Another where Bond and Jinx sneak onto Moon's base with switchblades.
The new plane that Bond is practically an Easter egg back to that DAD switchblades. Regardless, I'm looking forward to the movie. -{

I don't think the mask man shoots the girl full of holes. He's shooting at her, but I don't see any hits.
I think he shoots around her so the ice breaks and she can surface...
