New Bond actor?

There's an ad for Cadillac out now, where a group of people are all running after the car. I swear, the male lead looks like a combination of Daniel Craig and Sean Connery. I don't know if he's an actor, but looks wise he'd fit the bill! Check it out!

    Anyone on here ever watch BBC1s Doctors TV Show, just that there's of the actors I think his name is Matthew Chalmers, anyway if you watch it you will see he'd be perfect for James Bond, oh and his character name is Daniel.

    I can't see much of Craig in him - which is a good thing! Or at least would be if he was to be the next Bond...

    Has the 'look' but cant say more as I have never seen him. From what i can see he's probably too old as my estimation is that 26 is probably 5 years away. Too soon to speculate.

    I don't think it's too early to speculate. Bond26 is probably about four years into the future, give or take a year or so. In that time frame it's possible to speculate - it's not a decade. And don't forget we're a fan site. Why on earth wouldn't we specuate? :))

    Physically speaking, I always thought Jon Hamm would have been the greatest choice ever. Ok, I know what you think guys : he's American and almost as old as DC. Well, if he was ten years younger, there would be no excuse (wasn't John Gavin officially hired to play Bond in DAF before Connery's come back ?)!

    I think Hamm's performance in Mad Men is just incredible. He has everything: sex appeal, charm and charisma. When I discovered the series a few years ago, I immediately thought he would be the perfect guy for the job.

    There is actually a scene at the end of Season 5 where Draper walks away from an ad shoot into a dimly lit bar with the YOLT theme playing. It’s perfection.

    A period Bond film, set in the late 50s/early 60s. I think this was an idea at one point with Tarantino directing? But I might be wrong.
