  I'd say around $500 to $600 per but that's based on the eBay prices i've seen over the years. Seeing as they are no longer available i'd consider insuring them but that would be relative to the cost of the policy.

  I wouldnt go so high
  In UK id say £200-250 is a real value
  You may get higher if you find an impulse / desperate buyer. But in insurance terms that isnt their "value"...
