    Great gif!

Anyone know who does Honey's singing? Nikki? Diana Coupland? Connery has a good singing voice.
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

And once walked out with his friends, much to Terence Young's anger.

Inagine how different and exotic this must have been for British audiences at the time .....

Love how Connery rolls his eyes at the mention of dragons. He spends a lot of the time in DAF and NSNA doing similar eye-rolling.

And I realky like Nikki's delivery of "All right, all right!" when Bond gets bossy again.

He's very bossy throughout, really. To various characters, not just the (in)famous "Fetch my shoes" line to Quarrel.

I think that Bond's Rolex Submariner looks a lot better in this film than when its seen later in GF and TB on the ill-fitting nylon band.

People who say the early Bond girls were passive bimbos should watch Honey tell the spider story!

The stabbing of the straggler in the water is wickedly gratuitous. When Bond responds to Honey's "Why?" with "Because I had to" his reply is patently untrue - an example of the film's dark sense of humour.

Nikki's reading of the Fleming material about Honey's back story is superb.

If Bond had had the chance to answer her come-on, "Do you have a woman of your own?" would he have answered, "Well, as a matter of fact there's this girl called Sylvia..."?

Honey hits the man who tries to take her knife. I didn't notice that before.

    The death of Quarrel :(

Yes, it's painful for us and it was more so in the novel.
  • Golrush007Golrush007 South AfricaPosts: 3,421Quartermasters
I hadn't noticed before...it looks liked Bond is using something like a Colt 1911 when he is shooting at the dragon tank.

One of us is out of sync

The added backstory of LALD adds quite a bit of resonance to this moment in the novel.

Nikki does either Sister Rose or Sister Lily, but I've never figured out which.
