It really depends what fit you want. Especially with the shoulder fabric, which creases up if too big...

I'm a tf 41 chest and ordered both S and M.

Went with the S but had to do a mto special with 5cm extra to sleeves... Gives a very sa snug look but no bulking by waist etc for me.
