Eucris Geo Trumper EDT or Parfume

Hey guys, im planning to get a fragrance and was aiming for either Eucris or Floris 89

but i think more manly is Eucris, was wondering which is more bond the EDT or the Parfume?
and would you guys know the difference in scent or feel between the edt and parfume?
i know sometimes (maybe wrong) that parfume is stronger but sweeter
was hoping somebody could explain difference between the 2 and which one is more bond related.

The difference between Parfum (Perfume) and EDT has to do with the percentage of oil in the fragrance. Parfum has the highest oil content, between 20%-30%, while EDT is typically between 15%-20%.

Parfum is typically more expensive because of the higher percentage of oil, but both Parfum and EDT have their place depending on the situation. Both options are certainly Bondian!

so the eucris parfum will last longer and is stronger , but the scent with the toilette is the same? or will more oil mean different scent also?

My pleasure, happy to help! In theory a parfum should last long than an EDT (and they generally do). However, everyone's body chemistry is different and scents really do perform differently from person to person. A parfum will typically be "stronger" and last longer, while an EDT of the same scent will be "lighter" even though it will contain the same notes. It's like a Scotch neat vs on the rocks, same flavor profile, but different taste. Please let me know if that makes sense or if you have any other questions!

You also have to factor in the quality of the product. An EDT from Floris will last longer than an EDT from Trumper. They just have a better product.

Also worth factoring in the occasion/time of year.

Eucris is a good scent for colder months
No 89 better for hotter months

Play it safe and buy both

You won't regret it

Agreed the Floris is a better product but the Trumpers is nice for everyday use

The EDP is not only longer lasting but has more depth as a fragrance. It is, for want of a better word, richer.
Of course as others have said it depends on skin chemistry. The best advice is to get samples if you can and try them on your own skin.

That's an opinion. Personally I have found several trumpers products to be far better made and blended than floris. You'll have to go a long way to find a better sandalwood than trumpers. It is certainly superior to the comparable floris, and far better value.
