Some advice re: Jocelyn Rickards artwork for Rosa Klebb costume

I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping someone can help. I have a sketch by Jocelyn Rickards for a Rosa Klebb outfit - I bought them at auction at Christie's back in 1990. Photos attached (I will take it out the broken frame). I am thinking of moving this on. Does anyone know any way to get this kind of thing valued, and where best to sell it?
