I think it would be reasonable if someone is holding his legs: he'd be having to repeat the scene probably and there's a limit to the amount you can keep doing that! I've always thought it looks pretty convincing though.
Judging by his distinct head shape and his training level in general when doing Bond movies...I think it‘s DC.

I think it’s more important how the action looks on screen no matter how much of those he did himself. I don’t remember the movie but I read something that while doing something for real in front of the camera sometimes come out looking strange and so faking it in a certain way actually registers better on screen. Then there’s also the number of takes. So, yeah, I agree that without a doubt we know he can do pull-ups in real life.
