I reckon 2027 for the 65th anniversary. I also think Wilsons & Broccoli will have sold their half of the business to MGM/Amazon by then.

I'd say there are several credible replacements for Craig, but there aren't obvious replacements like Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan were.
