Hi, I am not sure. I have been on the fence about doing a MTO Skyfall coat however now I don’t go to the city for work anymore so not sure when I would wear it. I saw one on eBay for a few hundred bucks (however it had been altered in sleeves) so after that paying $5,000 for something that will hang in the closet felt like too much. There are so many close-but not quite right versions of this coat for so little money that I just can’t pull the trigger for the real deal yet..
I recently did a TOM FORD MTM of the spectre crombie but not in the SA fabric. The SA cashmere silk herringbone fabric is beautiful but thinner than a blazer...it's available for $7800
very nice coat, screen accurate fabric etc. doesn’t feel as special or sturdy as the QOS one but it’s elegant in a subtle way and kinda wraps up my D.C collection.

Curious if anyone went ahead with this?
