Don't think the bottle was shown in the scene. Obviously a nice single malt of some sort. Perhaps if all the whisky bottles on M's drinks tray in his office are identified, we could assume it's the nicest of the bunch.
Did you notice Bond's comment to M in the office earlier in the movie"God God, you're thirsty today!". Bond made a negative remark about drinking! I can't remember him doing that before.
