Trying to aquire 'Be More Bond'.

Hi all,

I've enjoyed this forum for a while now but thought I'd post a question which I hope is allowed. A year or two ago Sean Lerwill brought out the fitness book Be More Bond. I'm wondering if anyone has the PDF, they could send me?

Apparently, according to their website it's on the Commando Conditioning App but it isn't. I've tried the app, emailed the app developers who had no idea what I'm on about, I've even sent an email to Sean but nothing.

I've got Simon Waterson's Intelligent Fitness but in the hopes of getting info on Daniel Craig's workout but it just looks like it's aimed at people just trying to get into shape.
