When Silva escapes, how do the two guards near the cell get killed? A few minutes ago, when M arrives with Tanner to talk to him, we can see there are three guards. But later, when Bond realizes there's something wrong and directly goes to the cell, only two bodies are lying on the floor (the "going somewhere?" guy and another one). Does it mean the third guard was Silva's accomplice, especially considering Silva's unarmed?

You have made another good observation. I would assume as the third guard is not there in the chamber and the other two are dead, he is probably the one that assists Silva.
Whether you like the explanation or not, in the film Spectre it is revealed that SPECTRE agents have indeed infiltrated MI6 with C being one example. Also QOS had Mitchell who is exposed by Mr White.
So I think we can assume that there are several SPECTRE agents already working inside MI6. This also explains how Silva can plan his capture and escape since he probably relies on intel that they gather for him.
