    Just checked for UK and, yes, 50% is no longer applied. Ah well.. was fun whilst it lasted. :)

    It wasn’t 50% off, it was £50 off...in some cases that meant a hell of a lot more than 50% off.

    I got the email too, seem I was late to the game. Anyone bought a small t-shirt in white just to top off their order and would be willing to sale it back ? Also interested in the henley in small or x-small.

    Thanks

    If you’re in the UK, I’ve ordered both a Small and XS and my order was shipped a few days ago so whichever one fits better I’ll put the other one on here for the discount price afterwards :) Also selling the short sleeved Henley for discount price in an XS :D

    Hmmmmmm...I have a feeling that they are currently working to pull back all of the orders that haven’t been delivered, even those that have shipped.

    I received my first 2 orders last Monday. My other 6, ordered about 4 hours after the first 2, have all been ‘in limbo’ since then. All showing as ‘In Transit in Origin Country’ with none changing to ‘In Transit in Destination Country’. Payment was taken 10 days ago, so I still have some hope, but I’m not holding my breath.

    Can’t say I blame them. They would have lost a fortune if they’d honoured them all.
    Yes. Considerably.

    Yep I have only received one item so far. All the others are showing as shipped though and passed through US customs but they are still not marked as out for delivery yet. I have checked again, and they were shipped on 4th Sept so there is no way they should be taking this long and its about 10 items now held up so you are probably right. Damn it!!

    Mines been saying In Transit Origin Country since Sept 4th and they’ve taken payment.

    Likewise. Hopefully some movement soon!

    In a strange turn of events, after receiving the email regarding the cancellation our shirts arrived today. Strange....

    I’ve not received anything yet either: got about 4 emails in all each purchase, order received, confirmed, shipping soon and confirmed shipped. I’m getting the same tracking information as you guys too and it’s not changed since Sept 4th. Actually had one Henley cancelled by them as “restricted by customs” so was hopeful the other purchases before and since all got through.

    What with the Canadian developments this is a very weird situation...

    I guess if the stuff is still in the origin country they can try and cancel and get it returned. If it’s already reached the destination country I would imagine it’s too difficult and costly to get the items returned back to the US. Given that we all have similar status it looks like they are being held up in the US. My items say customer data received in the UK but I don’t think that means it’s in the UK unfortunately. The only thing I am helpful for is that the postal service has some way of bunching orders going to the same destination if they are within a short timeframe of each other to reduce delivery costs which means the earlier orders are held up to wait for the later orders.

    Feeling a bit reassured guys - if you select the blue tracking number in the tracking screen that’s got “in transit origin country” it takes you into another tracking screen that’s got Asendia at the top and that one says “customer data received, UK September 10th”.

    So at the least it’s a bit more up to date but suggestive of the parcel having arrived in the UK.

    Nice one, my one says the same so hopefully will be delivered soon.

    Also i checked out what status means for In Transit Origin Country - its just an abbreviation that means its in transit having left the origin country so it does not mean its being held or is still in the origin country. So fingers crossed!

    Well got 2 more of my orders delivered this morning. One more to go and it passed through customs on Friday.

    I'll be listing a medium henley for sale shortly in the sales section. The small fit me better; Rag & Bone clearly adjusted their sizing AGAIN on the henleys and now I am back in a small.

    Ohhhhhh my... It is now showing as ‘Cleared UK Customs’ at 11.59am this morning! And that is after no change at all since Sept 4th.

    By jove I think we might just have got away with it! :D :o

    Me too so i am expecting to get my stuff in the next day or so. I think it was not as obvious a glitch as the Canada one of $237 off!! And they have not sent any emails to UK customers either.

    Yep, mine cleared customs in UK at 11.57am - maybe the orders were batched together as suggested previously - should be worth the wait!!

    This is OP here - I am still surprised this thread had blown up to this size.

    I have yet received mine, but it is now in the UK and it seems like is arriving soon.

    Hey Phil

    It was a great find! If anything, I’m surprised the thread isn’t longer/bigger - but I’m guessing a LOT of people piled on in without posting here.

    I am certainly very grateful for you sharing the info. I think my savings are in excess of £460 - which is incredible! So ‘thank you’.

    If anything, whilst I do admit to a quantum of guilt, I am truly surprised that R&B didn’t pick up on it earlier.

    Well I got my final Rag & Bone order this morning. So thats all 7 orders delivered successfully. I think its because I had all the orders in before the Friday the 4th of Sept so they all had more than enough time to be sent to the BorderFree shipping center and then off to Canada. Definitely got lucky getting them all.

    So there is hope for others out there still waiting. All my "passed through customs" were all delayed but once it got updated the orders were delivered the next day.

    Yep i got 4 items delivered this morning, so looks like they will all come through. Love the quality of R&B stuff, I am very impressed. The White Henley is much nicer than i expected. More of an off-white colour and one of best henleys I have ever had.

    My Henley has arrived as well and the quality is sublime :)

    Just wanted to say thanks for bringing this ridiculously great discount to my attention. Whilst I did not get a henley, I managed to grab a pair of indigo fit 3 jeans for £28 all in, delivered to the UK!

    Have to say the hype about this denim is justified; it's somehow soft, slightly stretchy and comfortable whilst also feeling strong and hard wearing. And the best feature is the cut, rise and fit.

    Thanks again. -{

    If you love those pants, you'll also love the Traveler Jeans by Banana Republic. Try a pair on and you'll see they are exactly the same as the R&B ones but much cheaper. -{

    Three of my Rag & Bone orders have been ‘charged’ to my credit card - two are still showing as ‘pending’...so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for getting the three at least...I guess time will tell...

    I've bought those jeans for years and I'm pretty sure I've bought most in Slim but I do have quite a few Slim Luxe. I don't believe I've bought any in Athletic fit. You honestly can't go wrong with those jeans. Perhaps the most comfortable I've ever worn. -{

    I may buy a pair or two in the future. I have more jeans than I need at the moment. But I will at least try some on soon to see if they are to my liking. Thanks!
