Is this the TF Skyfall Istanbul suit fabric?

I picked up a used TF suit and the fabric looks really similar to the Istanbul suit. The model is obviously wrong but I was wondering if anyone could look at this tag and say whether it's the same fabric:

Makes no big difference to me but it would be neat if it were.
