Re: The not so short lived non argumentative political thread.

Trump and his people have started lots of law suits to stay in the white house in spite of the election results, about 30 have been lost or thrown out of court. Not one piece of evidence to back up the claims about election fraud has been presentd to any court. Trump and the Republicans are really moving the country in a new direction. Do they really want the US to look like a banana republic? At least Putin must be delighted since his goal is to make the West and democracy to look liek a sham and inefficient ....  ajb007/crap

I think Putin would have preferred a Trump win as Trump owes an awful lot of money - quite of chunk of it has been bought up by Russians...

A Trump win would probably be best for Putin, but the chaos and lack of respect for the basic rules of democracy is probably nearly as awsome for Putin (and any other dictator in the world).

And Trump is handing Putin consolation prizes. Most recently he ordered the only two surveillance planes we use to be physically scrapped. That prolly put a big ole grin on Putty's mug.

Giving the Nobel Peace Prize to the Ethiopian PM doesn't seem such a great idea now
as it did a few months ago  ajb007/crap

Re: The not so short lived non argumentative political thread.

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has rejected a Republican attempt to throw out 2.5 million votes.
"We have not seen any examples of voter fraud or illegal votes by mail" said the judge (quoting from memory, but that was the gist of it).
Rupublican have tried using the courts to throw out votes using the courts many times since the election, but have the Republicans presented any proof of election fraud to the courts?
Trump and other leading party leaders must have tons of proof since they accused the Democrats of stealing the election, right?  ajb007/lol

US attorney general William Barr now says the Department of Justice has not found evidence of wide spread election fraud that could change the outcome. Barr should update his CV and start looking for a new job ASAP  ajb007/lol
