Gun Barrel sequence after opening scene?

I want to apologize up front if this has already been discussed. I tried to do a search for this subject and didn't come up with anything. Anyways, I was just on wikipedia and they said that the gun barrel sequence will be shown towards the end of the opening scene instead of being at the beginning. Heres what wikipedia says:

The sequence will change once again for Daniel Craig's first outing as 007 in the 2006 film Casino Royale. It will differ from every previous film by not opening the film with the sequence, but instead ending the pre-title sequence with it where the viewer actually sees the assassin about to shoot Bond before he turns to fire on the assassin. Casino Royale is a reboot of the official franchise and is supposed to be Bond's first mission. Like the previous iteration of the sequence, it is expected only to be shown once. If it is like the teaser trailer version, they will show Bond facing a wall in a white tiled room (a public toilet), so his back is to the viewer. He then turns around and shoots. Then the view zooms out showing the gun barrel around Bond in the room while the screen turns red.

Lets just hope that its only for this movie and not for the future.

Jermaine, it has indeed been discussed many times here. Perhaps the best thread on the subject is this one. It's nine pages long and actually starts as a "what would you change?" sort of thing, but it still deals extensively with the altered gunbarrel. Please contribute to that discussion. Since we like to avoid duplicate topics, I'll be closing this one. Carry on!
