R3 uncut version of CR

in Casino Royale - Bond 21 (2006)
Just got an email from CD-WOW saying they have the "FULL UNCUT version" of Casino Royale for sale in region 3.

Does anyone know, is there any difference in this compared to the normal region 2 version? Are there any scenes which have been cut?

    Huge differences and well worth getting. The stairwell fight scene is far far longer, more brutal and dramatic than the R1 and R2 version, and you get the full torture sequence and toilet fight too.

    Well worth getting just for the stairwell fight alone, the other versions just do not do it any justice at all.

    Just checked - they are both a 15. Wish I knew about this version earlier as I might have bought it instead.

    Me too. Don't think I can warrant buying it for the longer uncut scenes. I'm sure they will pop up elsewhere without having to buy the whole thing again.

    I recommend getting it, it is well worth the additional cost.

    I'd imaine you would need a region free player. Which a lot of DVD players are these days.

    Most DVD players can be unlocked using a code specific to that make of machine. I found the code for mine online and it worked fine.

    Just curious, but how much longer is the uncut version compared to the edited version? CD-WOW is listing it as 145 minutes - same as the cut version?

    The packaging on mine state that the R2 is 2 hours 18 mins (138 minutes), while R3 is 145 minutes long. A good difference of 7 minutes.
