  That idea has sort of been discussed before. It has always been deemed as not really necessary - and it would take up quite a bit of bandwidth for each member to have their own thread - and that costs money.
  
  One thread for all....or an extra for the odd update, seems to work fine for now.

  People tend to post a lot of other stuff on that section. Discussions about different collectorbiles are done.What I was thinking of was a section where one thread is opened per person and others can comment on there collection only they can also update there collection only.Not one where it is mixed with other aspects.In other words if I saw wanted to see my X collection I could easily find his read comment ,ask questions. If I had my own thread others could comment and make and help e maybe with how to display them.A section where we learn from each others collections.Yes you can put them in the section as you said but a section just for showcasing would be so cool.
  
  After all why collect if you can't show it off.

  It's a great idea - no question -- just too exspensive
  
  That's why we decided to trial the 'Show And Tell' thread. It's not perfect - but a happy compromise.
