Love that scene. Craig does a great job of looking like someone who is smashed, but handling it.
also

- "Can I offer an opinion? I really think you people should find a better place to meet."

*and*

-"If they wanted his soul they should have made a deal with a priest."

Lots of good lines, actually.

Gotta appreciate Craig's acting skills, especially the way he mutters the priest line.

Could have been ruined so easily by over-emphasizing it or delivering it in a "look, I'm funny" way.

He found the perfect balance there.

So yes, Mr_Ice, great line and scene indeed!

"I don't think the dead care about vengeance."

Clearly, the people who fell in love with the early Bond films don't believe in little something called evolution. Characters grow and evolve over the years and that's exactly what James Bond has done. I mean, Batman has evolved over the years so, what's wrong with the evolution of a Double-O Agent?

Re: Why I adore Quantom of Solace

Sorry it this has been posted Before,But I've Just learned on another forum ( Sorry if the same guy is on here) That not only was QOS the most expensive Bond film ever made. But when taking running time to cost of production  in to account, QOS comes out at around $2.16 Mil a Minute, Making it the most expensive Movie ever made. I wonder can anyone confirm this as I think it's amazing. If True   ajb007/lol

Lots. For many people on these boards. May have to do with the fact that they are afraid of change or taking another step. I myself am afraid of change. But then understand that it's just evolution. As you said. Jump and enjoy. Take the step, look back, and then fall in love with the now and all that was.

It is a challenge.

With a beautiful reward.

I always had James Bond pegged as a practical kind of guy ever since the Italian broad in Casino Royale (2006) posed the question, "You like married women, don't you James?" and his reply was, "It keeps things simple." That line just screams PRACTICALITY to me, because it's obvious that Bond wanted the luxury of having sex with a woman but without the probable stress, that supposedly comes with every romantic relationship.

So, therefore if Bond were to receive a material item from his boss, he would probably want something that's very practical. Something that he'll actually use. It might be something that he'll want to use over and over again for the sake of practicality and simple convenience.
