That actually sounds like it would be fun. Would it be first person or third? I wouldn't trust a company like Activision doing something like that though. Just a personal thought though. My reason being is with GH gone, World of Warcraft is sinking fast, their only franchise that is still afloat is Call of Duty. Which is why both 007 Legends and GoldenEye 007 Reloaded have been called Call of Bond or other things like that.

Now QoS was a carbon copy of Call of Duty as it was done by Treyarch. But I feel that Eurocom took the formula of what makes Call of Duty run and made it work the way it is supposed to in the CoD games, example of this is the way the weapons handle. The weapons feel like it is actually in my hands. They handle really well, whereas in Call of Duty (I've played since 4 Modern Warfare) not so much.

Another example is how smart the AI in reloaded are. They will flush you out if you are sitting in one spot for too long by throwing grenades at you and then when you move they will unload on you. In Call of Duty on the other hand, you can sit in one place all day and the might throw a grenade once in a while but more often than not, they will simply stand there and shoot at you.

As for the company that could do a game like what you are talking steezyt1993, I think a company like Rockstar, they have the open world games down pat, I guess the Saints Row people could too.

Yeah I was definitely thinking rockstar could pull it off considering how well their gta franchise has been. If I were making the game I would have the combat be like blood stone because I thought the engine was pretty solid with the cover system, takedowns, focus shots and the driving was well done. It's sad to know that we will most likely never see a game like I described though.

It seems like I'm one of few people who really enjoyed Blood Stone, so I'd love to see a sequel to that at some point.

I think 007 Legends is pretty much exactly the kind of thing I want to see in a Bond game: classic films, classic villains, and solid gameplay. Personally - and I know many people will agree with me here - I want to see another third-person Bond game that allows you to step back into the shoes of one of the classic Bonds, rather than Daniel Craig; believe me, Craig is my favourite Bond, but I just got such a buzz from playing as Sean Connery back in From Russia with Love after all those Brosnan games, and now I just keep thinking more and more about how cool it would be to be running around as Moore or Dalton. And plus, I think third-person just works better for Bond games; first-person is all good, and I'm not bothered by all the complaints saying it looks just like Call of Duty with a James Bond skin, but the whole stealth side of things is much better with third-person. I did like the mechanic used in Quantum of Solace where you're usually in first-person but go into third whenever you take cover. But on the whole, full third-person is just better for these games.

I also loved blood stone and I personally feel most bond games should follow that gameplay which really made bond feel like a professional killer from the krav maga to the focus shots. On the other hand I'm not as much of a fan of the first person bond games because it feels like I'm playing a call of duty which in my opinion has gotten recycled and old.

I presume they mean next gen games so that the video game bonds actually look like their big screen counterparts
