    may I add

"Casual Audiences" or "Casual Bond fans"

Usually used to despise fans who don't enjoy Dalton's performance with the easy explanation that the "grittier" (another AJB glossary term??) tone from the Dalton Bonds is not understandable for people who don't understand so much about Fleming and Bond - as they obviously can't get over the fact that Moore is not Bond anymore.

Intelligent post, BT, well thought-out. I may disagree with you over Dalton himself, but you're exactly right here.

Loeffs, can we have Timboys for fanatic Dalton fanboys, please :D

I'll have to find a synonym for Sir Miles being the highpriest of all timboys though - any suggestions? :D

Which is all well and good until you realise that I prefer both Craig and Lazenby before Dalton... :p

How about "Daltonator" as a term for someone who goes just a teensy bit ballistic when challenged about Dalton -allegedly- not being the best - ever Bond? :))

This might be a little egotistical, but for someone who flounces or threatens to flounce
out of the forum over some perceived slight, I suggest ( thanks to Bondtoys predictive
text feature ) Thunderpissy, as in " Watch out he's thrown a Thunderpissy "
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."

As in "I'll never watch a Bond movie again unless the gunbarrel sequence is placed at the start of the next film!" Would that qualify as throwing a "Thunderpissy"? :p
"Felix Leiter, a brother from Langley."

"Bondtots sarcastic" - to fly in the face of all reason and logic, stick determinedly to a point of view when beset from all sides, and bluff if out when cornered. Originally coined by Sir Miles.

I second AC for Audio Commentary,
Bendytoys Sarcastic and throwing a Thunderpissy are brilliant.
Guys I'll add myself to the firing line - A character, story or film so bad it can only be a Thunderturd too! :D

    Also for character clarification:

    Admiral M for B Lee.
    M - Mawd
M - Manf. for the Dame Judi versions of M
    M - Mal. for R Finnes.

I did consider M -Har as in Hargreaves for R Brown, but was not sure that fits.

And as Ben Wishaw is the new Q, Q2?
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

Well, he had some personal stuff to deal with which has taken up a lot of his time. And of course, he's still writing.
I've always enjoyed the Glossary- perhaps you'd enjoy taking it over, Lexi...?

Take it to the pub, guys- to be used when there's an opportunity for horrendous puns, double-entendres, etc which would disrupt a thread. All such comments to be referred to the Silencer & Bra-Strap. Coined by Thunderpussy.

Glossary updated to include AC and Bondtoys sarcastic. (Unless you actually meant 'Bondtots,' Barbel?) Thanks for keeping this thread alive! Sorry about my absence, ladies and gents...I'm determined to be more present as #24 unfolds. Cheers!
