Took the Mrs. We LOVED it - she declares Skyfall her favourite (It was Goldfinger). I liked it enormously - they really had a good bash at the pallette of the Sixties films, the tailoring doesn't flatter Craig, but they pulled it off. A niggle. The car - where did he get it? - from himself?. Nice to find a pair of machine guns still working, still loaded - but perhaps he stopped at Catterick on his way up for a few boxes of link and a pull-through... you can't really criticise without descending, can you?.
We have it on DVD now - and the song definitely sounded better in the Cinema. A good Bond tune should sound like it, even on a tinny radio in the kitchen. Listen to Diamonds on one. Still, Adele is a gem - and rather a sort, wot-wot?. I hope one can still be clubbable these days - if the sexist brigade are here, tell them I'm getting help. Anywhat - the film; loved the visuals - isn't that a Bognor swimming pool on that rooftop?. M was wonderful, both of them. Especially appreciated the effort to return to Regents Park - Legoland really was for the nineties. Bond has returned to his ancestral home and in Auld Scots tradition - erm, blown it to Smithereens (A small hamlet near Kirkauldy).
I hear noises from across the lounge - the Mrs. is keen for us to visit some shops. Ah, well... perhaps I can steer her into a few of my favourites. So, I must leave you - Skyfall? - well, overall I think it lifts the standard back to the wonderful Casino Royale and perhaps Craig will achieve the ultimate - toppling King Connery from his throne. So far? - I think Connery has it, but Craig is a revelation. (For the record, Roger Moore remains my favourite, though not the best I hasten to concede).

Welcome aboard, sir. I generally share your opinion of Skyfall, although it's going to take a lot more than that for Craig to top Connery! :)) (Yes, I'm a part of the Connery IS Bond Brigade!)

Watching Skyfall and the extras today. I wish in the PTS, they would of used an aerial
shot of the train crossing the bridge, because in "the making of " section there are a few
shots from that above angle, where the train looks to be almost floating hundreds of feet
    above the valley.
