  Should take a second viewing, but in my head it looked like Vesper's phone... the idea of it not being a smartphone and therefore less traceable completely smashed by C's eavesdropping...

  There wasn't any Sony logo on the phone Moneypenny received from Bond. It did look like an old Sony Ericsson phone though. But minus any corporate logos..

  Just seen the film, pretty sure its an old nokia 3109 (can you believe) i had the same one and think it was this model, but all in silver

  Hence the reason why there are no logos on the phone. They can't use SAMSUNG. Plus, its one of Sony's competition in the mobile industry. Quite odd though that Sony would allow them to use that phone even if the logo was blacked out.
