Now back in my hotel after a great evening of SPECTRE! What a movie! (Will not go to deeply into it cause of spoilers) also got to meet fellow AJBer DutchJamesBondFan and had some nice chats. Our chat was interrupted when someone of the personal handed me a poster because they were impressed by my outfit so that was awesome!

Tickets purchased today...and will probably watch it the next day with one or both of my sons at my local standard screen cinema, which will likely see me often for a couple of weeks :007)

Thanks Sir Miles! -{ Yeah! And unforunately me being me I lost the poster in the train the next day.... don't know how . It was a poster of all the Bond posters leading up untill TWINE. I guess it must have been a really old poster or something, still though I liked the gesture! Next time I'll make sure it actually gets home too! )
Having watched SP at the Manchester Printworks IMAX last night, I'm considering writing a letter of complaint to them, because the technical quality of the screening was pretty dire:
Firstly, there were vertical lines visible in brighter areas of the picture, especially on the left of the screen (imagine if the film was projected onto a pattern embossed wallpaper - that sort of effect).
The overall picture quality was 'soft' as if it were out of focus (possibly to blur pixel lines from the DLP projector).
Every so often, the lip-sync dropped out - first noticed during the dialogue between M and Bond after the PTS, when it was out by around 10 frames.
I know that Sir Miles has seen the movie at the same venue, so would be interested to hear his views and those of others that may have seen the Printworks IMAX screening.

table #9 is in the other room without the bar in it. if you sat in M's seat you would face the picture, if you sat opposite M's seat you would see down the hall to the entrance.

I've seen it on three screens now. The RAH, Empire IMAX Leicester Sq. and Odeon Leicester Sq. By far the best without exception was the Empire IMAX. If you are in London, that is the place to see it.
Spectre comes out in New Zealand on the 12th of November and I'm watching it on the 13th with a whole big group of friends. So excited as I've had one of the longest waits!!
Question. I'm the only diehard Bondfan out of my friends who are going. The others are a mixed bag. One or two have of them have seen some of the classic ones, quite a few of them have seen just the Craig films and some, have never seen one at all!!
Is there Anything they need to know before going into the cinema which will make them enjoy the film as much as I feel like I will?

I watched it for the second time last night,I love the film its mint and Dan is the best bond,too many people moan about it on here ,it makes me wonder if they are bond fans at all !
