Could we have a "Who's Who?" from left to right, Higgins? :)

I think their political views should remain private SM :D
Good to hear everyone enjoyed themselves, and didn't
Break London !. Could luminous trainers have upset the
    Camera's exposure system ?

I managed to pull my faculties together for Rules. Just. Everytime I've hit the bars with sruzgar, it's ended with my body slowly dying the next day.

Never had a bad experience there, and this time Higgins was with us, so that is quite a statement.

I think I will be booking Rules in the summer. It was on my list before Spectre, so even more so now. Glad you had a good time

Very good. Where is the second building?

Hildebrand safe house. We went there later that night. Higgins posed as Swann at the bottom of the street. Didn't quite work and I can never watch that scene again now - it's ruined.

:)) God no. I'd never watch another Bond film after seeing something like that. I was already feeling queasy, no way could I have stopped myself hurling.

Spring Gardens right by Trafalgar Sq. You can't miss it. Just right at the start of Whitehall. Small road. You can't take a dump there. It says so on the little sign on the door.

I will investigate that shortly thanks - and no I probably won't want to do that there
  • HigginsHiggins GermanyPosts: 16,618MI6 Agent
Now seriously thank you very much to everybody for coming down and making the meetup so enjoyable.

I had to think on the way back to Hamburg how great it is having made so many friends over the years - well above our common interest in James Bond.

Those GTGs are a bit like schoolclass meetings without the bragging and the bullies. It's just meeting some very fine people! -{ and Asp9mm :D

Looking forward to meeting you all very soon and thanks again!

As for Rules: I am still blown away by the atmosphere there. If you haven't been there - it's hard to explain.
It oozes tradition, style and taste - but not in a new-rich kind of way.

The Champagne was great, the food spectacularly unspectacular with very high quality - a very impressing experience - particularly as we've gotten "THE" table and I had the priviledge of sitting on M's chair! {[] {[]

    Glad you got the table Markus, it makes the experience so special. -{
  • HigginsHiggins GermanyPosts: 16,618MI6 Agent
well, we wheren't booked for that table.

But Asp9mm fell on the floor, screaming (louder than Mrs Higgins :)) :)) ), bursted out in tears, stomped with his feet like a bitchy schoolgirl until they said "ok, you can have it" 8-)

Yeah he tends to do that a lot, I think that's how he got all those goodies from the Omega Boutique, he was embarrassing and they just wanted him out of the store. At least 'that' table means it's a straight shot from the door, which helps Cathy to manoeuvre your wheelchair in with the minimum of difficulty. {[]
  • ThomoThomo ReadingPosts: 949MI6 Agent
Is there a table number that you can book at Rules ?
  • Asp9mmAsp9mm Over the Hills and Far Away.Posts: 7,483MI6 Agent
Number 9 is M's table. But if you go with a girl and you want a bit more privacy, table 24 is really nice as it is a booth.
