    The white band doesn't work for me, I would've preferred if they it if they had made steel-books for every movie.
    That said, I haven't gotten around to getting the steel-books. The YOLT/Eyes Only ones look perfect, IMO.
    So far, the only one that I have is the Kill Bill Vol 1, one.

    Loved the movie, loved the artwork, bought it.

    That's a great one. I actually almost only buy steelbooks. Not sure how many I own, but must be close to 200.

    Naturally I own all Bond steelbooks ever released, even the "Daniel Craig Collection" steelbook. I don't care if I own the films already 6 times or so :))

    I love the 9 "Spectre" steelbooks. I wish they had released all the Bond films in that design. 12 Bond films have received steelbook version, the additional three are Goldfinger, GoldenEye and Spectre.

    Yes, I thought I saw a SPECTRE at your collection.

    ha ha, that was fast -{ :))

    Here's the artwork with which I made the Blu-ray cover which I put over the UGLY original one :))

    full.jpg

    I did my best to make it the right style. It payed off. Thanks for using my artwork. It looks lovely with the rest of the films. ;)

    YOLT especially looks fantastic on Blu-ray.

    It looks like as of Jan 1st 2018, Hulu has lost the license for streaming the Bond films.

    Are they available on any streaming platform?

    I own them all on Blu Ray now (Christmas present) but I still find myself in situations where I am browsing for them on Hulu or Netflix and now cannot find them anywhere.

    Amazon Prime has SPECTRE in 4K HDR. It looks spectacular on my 55" Sony 4k HDR TV. Would love to see Bond films being streamed in 4K HDR. Amazon has some other Bond films, but not in 4K HDR.

    With my schedule, often times I only get a chance to watch half of a movie before bed and then finish it the next night. After powering down my Blu-ray player it still remembers my spot on DVDs, but for some reason the Bond Blu-rays all start from scratch. This is super annoying as I have to wait for the main menu to load and the navigate the (rather poor) scene selection.

    Is this a fault of the Bond discs or the player itself?

    Do you have memory cards installed in your players? I do, but the only Bond blu-rays that bookmark their stopping point are Skyfall and Spectre (ironically, the two I least watch). Other blu-rays have no problem picking up where I left off.

    This will probsbly seal many people's opinion that I'm an old fart but .....
    I watch Bond mostly live streaming from my Google Movie account. As
    I bought them all long ago for a great price ( HD version ) and am really
    Impressed with the quality in my opinion up there with bluray, and to
    Think it's all streaming from my phone :D watching Goldeneye at the
    Moment. -{

    That’s odd considering Blu-ray are more advanced.

    Because of this I watched my special edition DVD of TWINE the past 2 nights.
    As a bonus I found a sealed envelope tucked away in the boxset that has Pierce on the cover and it’s a sweepstakes to win a free vacation. Should I open it????

    Personally I would leave it closed, there is nothing cool in there ( i opened mine in 97 ) if you won its too late, and it is kind of cool that you have an unopened one -{

    Is there a way to buy a digital Bond boxset on Amazon prime video?
    Right now the only option I see is to buy them individually for $14 each. *Ouch*

    Also, the heavily airbrushed looking cover art on some of the films is embarrassing.
    Especially Live and Let Die, it looks like they added some bushy eyebrows on Roger.
    Also a bad choice for a cover photo to begin with because it contains a spoiler. (pointing a gun at Rosie)

    I'm an android user and got all the Bonds
    On an offer from Google play movies. Can't
    Remember the exact price but it was something
    Like £90 .

    I can't agree more with you on that, it looks superb I've just watched it this afternoon. One thing I picked up is why does Bond tell Henderson that it's his first trip to Japan, when in FRWL he clearly states that both himself and M had been to Tokyo.

    Confused to say the least, and the only explanation for me is that Roald Dahl was unfamiliar with the Bond films but probably read the novel YOLT where I think it is Bonds first trip to Japan. A long time since I watched it and have to say I really enjoyed it especially on Blu-ray.

    Yes, that's a famous continuity error of the early Bond films, most likely for the reasons you state. Quite what Bond and M got up to in Tokyo is another matter entirely! :o

    With all this talk lately of actors doing their own stunts with
    Some frantic action sequences. I noticed Bond has already
    Been there, done that and got the T shirt. As I'm watching
    QOS -{
    Daniel Craig running in a chase across rooftops, a car chase that
    Put the viewer in the car with Bond........ as usual. Bond did it first {[]
    Even the villainous moustache of H Cavill is an obvious rip off
    of G Beam's in QOS :))

    Speaking of Blu Rays, I cannot help but wonder if they are plans to start putting the films on 4K Blu Rays in the near future.
    While I am perfectly happy with the standard Blu Rays, I know that 4K is getting popular for people that have the money to spend on them. Many popular movies once they appear on 4K get new bonus features, which QOS, SF, and SP could defiantly use since they are really skimpy on the bonus features side.
