    Great effort Pepe98!
I'm currently researching how to build a DB5 replica. My initial thoughts were to use a 3 series convertible but now considering a pre-2006 Jaguar XKR convertible. Similar wheelbase, overall length and a 4L lump under the bonnet. Not the same as a straight 6.
    Any tips?

I like this pictures a lot. I must think how this car and other cars are not made on the body without metal? How strong are the bodies of this cars?

I am interested to know if you have an arrangement with Aston Martin for the Qcar? It seems to be displayed in AM showrooms so they are obviously ok with it? Is it actually a driving car or just a 1:1 model?

Glad to see things are progressing on a few projects.

DB5007, amazing to see an Aston dealer proud to show your car. Certainly has better curb appeal than the modern Gaydon cars.

    Hello,
Im french and don't speak english very well. SO, please excuse me in advance.
I saw in page 23 that jag64 says he build an aston martin db5 body.
It's not totaly true. I réalised the polystyrene tooled master with my 5 axes CNC (the picture Jag64 put in page 23 are in my workshop), placed a layer of fiberglass on polystyrène. Jag64 payed me for this job. Jag64 smothed with mastic the master. To help jag64, because he was unable to work fiberglass and resin, I worked free to realise mould and two body for him. Jag64 just payed resin and fiberglass. Jag64 worked with me as an help. in exchange to my work, I moulded a body for me with jag64 help.
I'm surprised that jag64 says he realised a lamborghini Aventador réplica, because it's my car and i realised it myself and totaly alone. It's not supportable that jag64 use picture of my car to try the persons of this forum to belive that he is a very competent guy.
here is the link to my subject where i show the replica car built :
    https://www.usinages.com/threads/replique-lamborghini-aventador.60766/
I'm angry that a person can steal my job.
What kind of person can lie so huge.
If i could speak in french i think i would have been more rude.
    Thanks
    Nicolas
