I have another one. My wife pointed it out after I had gone into one of my grumblings at this party we went to in Saturday night. I didn't even realize I did this, so it hast to be true. It is so deep that it borders on paranoia.....

I have a deep distrust of anyone that calls them selves as being straight talking and honest. My wife says that I always start the same grumbling how they use their "honesty" and "straight talking as a thin smokescreen to hide the fact that they are only being disrespectful and insulting. She even said that most of my friends are people she wouldn't trust at all because there is something "shifty" about them, and that people I usually distrust and complain about are people that to her seem like honest people. Go figure!
Women seem to have a totally skewed and different mindset on these things to men. Which is how they get into trouble. 8-)

If someone says to me, "No offence, but..." I raise a hand to silence them, stare at them for quite a while and reply, "Think very carefully before you risk offending me..." I probably wouldn't do anything, but nobody's ever carried on.

Whenever I get out of a car and lock the doors, I must hold my keys in my hand and look at them for at least a second or two before closing the door.

(That way I never lock my keys in the car)

I also pee on the side of the toilet bowl to reduce objectionable sounds.

I have just returned home from a short driving holiday to the continent. My wife reminded me of one of my idiosyncrasies. I refuse to have music playing while driving - no CDs or radio. She had to listen to her MP3 player via earphones. I have had my current car for about four years & have never once turned the music on, indeed I don't know how to!

I never listen to the radio on volume setting 13.

If I sat down to pee, my dickey-doo would be submerged. I need at least 2 feet of clearance when I drain the main vein or objects in its path may be damaged.

Ever thought about volunteering for the local firefighter station? I'm sure pressure would not be a problem, and you'd be saving our precious water too...

Yes. I did volunteer for a brief period. I discovered 2 major drawbacks.

    1) I had to drink ridiculous amounts of water. I was gratuitously hydrated.

    2) All the hose grabbing during the confusion of a firefight, while flattering, was a tad awkward.
