Diamonds Are Forever Premiere Gala Brochure for sale (and other items)

Hope to make some contributions to the forum in the fullness of time but I have some bits and pieces I would like to offer through this forum. Anything that doesn't go will be placed on ebay.com and .co.uk in the new year when people are at least 'back', if not full of pocket.

I come from the school of fair shipping prices and bullet proof packing.

Diamonds Are Forever Gala Brochure
I am figuring this is a holy grail of Premiere Brochures. While not a London premiere, it was the Only UK premiere for what I can only assume was a smaller venue than what was afforded in London.
The brochure is in essentially mint condition, a superb example from 14th January 1972. No tears, missing pages, stains, creases, fading. All corners are crisp.
I would be looking for offers in excess of £800.
