Their sizing guide only shows pants sizes...

If you put an item in your wish list and then view your wish list, it shows you how many are in stock. Not sure if it's accurate or what, but interesting to see.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the DAF shirt sold out quickly. For me, along with the DN polo, it’s the stand out piece in the collection. Which is interesting since it’s not a look that I have paid much attention to in the film. Something about the OB reinvention just works.

I love the collection. The prices are steep, but from my experience OB quality is superb, plus they have to pay their share to Danjaq, so it's what I expected.

Now, if only we could actually get some warmer weather!

Wow, that one piece jumper is almost completely sold out already. Personally, I wouldn't be caught dead in that thing (Bond or not Bond).

If my store gets approval to sell today, I'll head over this afternoon and try stuff on and pick up my items on hold. I'm not pushing them, though. If they have to wait until Wednesday, then so be it.

Cool - give us thoughts on sizing if you manage to get some

I’m a bit gutted as they’ve sold out of the DAF shirt in a medium already! That was the one piece that so really fancied. And it’s not even gone live properly yet!

I guess instore will have all sizes for launch?

This is not Ltd editions is it?

I would say if you see something you like, buy it before it’s gone. Maybe they’ll reissue, but maybe they won’t.

But get in there quick Welshy, you'll have time to exchange if you need to before things sell out

Used Ross' OB discount code on the DAF shirt and it worked a treat!

I was excited for a few of the items from this collection when they were first unveiled...until I saw the markup.

$495 for a long-sleeve polo? $80 extra for the Dr. No Terry polo vs their regular ones?

    I like OB but not that much. -{

I have one of the regular terry polos in a light blue but I like the detailing on the Dr. No version much more. You can’t really compare them.

Agree on the LS polo though. It’s not unique enough to justify that price. Same for the safari jacket, although I’m glad they included it.

That little bit of detailing to me does not equal an additional $80 in price.

It's the "007" tag and the photos of Connery on the website that cost OB that extra $80.

I am a medium in the polos...if that helps....also, if something sells out don't panic too much....they will have another release from the depleted numbers.

Really like the "Property of Dr. Julius No, Crab Key" tag on the inside of the towelling robe, it's a nice little touch. Buuuut while I do love OB and their products, I don't think I can justify dropping the price they're wanting for the robe or anything else in the collection.

Really bummed the long sleeve polo is so expensive—it's double the price of the standard Sebastian LS polo and a little more than $200 Aussie more than the Sebastian merino. Despite the prices though they are selling heaps already! Most are down to only a couple of sizes (probably just pre full release stock though).

I asked the OB customer service...
He told me: We may look to re-stock a few items but yet once they are gone they wont come back.

I’ve had a look at the collection. I’m a big Bond fan obviously and I’ve got over 50 items of OB clothing so I was looking forward to the release. I must say I am disappointed. The only item I would consider are the blue swim shorts but at £195 I won’t be buying.
    Yes. Considerably!

Received my thunderball polo this morning size S. fits pretty well. Slightly annoyed the side tag says 007 on it though. Quality is pretty good

The 007 tag cheapens it quite a bit. It’s what you expect from novelty giftware brands.

Pretty much stumped on sizing at the moment as I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere and prob won’t get to London until second week of June

I had the Sebastian Polo in XL and it was very tight. Presume the towelling material has plenty of stretch maybe?

Also think I might have had to upsize in the SPECTRE shirt

Any OB experts on here regarding sizing on various items (bonus if XL people)

yes I'm normally an S in OB sizes (38" chest and 31" waist) - I think the XS would be rather "fitted"

I got the pre-launch email from OB and ordered the one item I could actually see myself wearing - not sure what to do about the side tag

Cool. Guess can be removed easily if need be.

Suprised Orlebar did this but maybe part of licence conditions?

I’ll just remove the side tag. I agree it shouldn’t be there, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

Overall I think this is an inspired collection, but it’s amusing to see some of you - who think nothing of throwing down hundreds for an item DC wears for 3 minutes on screen, notwithstanding whether it’s even a stylish piece - giving this release a lukewarm reception.

I've seen this collection in person, and I was very impressed! Perhaps the lukewarm reception here is because it's not about Daniel Craig's clothes? His clothes are by far the most popular Bond clothes at the moment, naturally because he's currently Bond and his clothes are most current. Prices are certainly high, but they don't surprise me. I should have my items waiting for me when I'm home from the office today, and I'll be able to leave better comments then.

I can't explain why, but I have a feeling ... just a hunch really ... that Welshboy wants to know about the sizing ... :D

I've seen the collection on-line and it's ... nice. As others have said, very expensive for what's there. I think most of the pieces look pretty generic, to be honest. I mean, linen camp collar shirts, espadrilles, toweling robes and merino polos aren't exactly rare. Pleated bib-front formal shirts are also common. The GF onesie is a novelty item. And I'm not crazy about the ribbed collar on the Dr. No polo, screen-accurate or not. MR shorts are more of the same from the last release (not sure how I feel about a floating Jaws getting ready to grab my junk :o ). The safari jacket is cool and that style is very popular right now. The 2 pieces that jumped out at me were the blue TB shorts and the DAF shirt. Really like those.

Look forward to hearing about the quality from the in-the-field reports!
