Where did you get this information from?

Not from the previous posts here. We are not speaking about the Jamaica watch yet.

If the Jamaica watch will be released officially or not is totally uncertain and it‘s also uncertain, if there is another Omega been seen in Bond25.

    Its possible but not confirmed

I think they very deliberately only released stills where Mr. Craig's hands are behind his back. In the videos he's got his hands clasped in front and you can almost get a look at the watch:

Yes pretty much all the pictures released have his hands hidden! I did see this one though...

    B25-Watch1.jpg

...and if I'm not mistaken that's an Omega deployant clasp on what looks like possibly a brown strap, maybe leather?

Looks like the greyish strap from the Diver 300 he was wearing in Jamaica.

New watch by Omega seems with new style of strap which I suspect is same material as DC's grey one

Clear (clearest?) shot of the new Bond 25 Omega from London filming today.

    Screenshot-2019-06-30-at-13-21-31.png

Looks like it's the Seamaster Diver 300m, 42mm in black and gold. Potentially with a Milanese mesh strap.

It's obviously a Seamaster but I don't think it's the variant pictured as the watch he's wearing has a larger indice at the 6 o'clock position.

Agreed that the date window appears to be removed on it. Likely a 2020 colour way. Note that the pro £6k edition doesn't feature a date window. Likely the price point that they'll aim this one at then.

You mash a potato and you pluralise with an e and an s. Muphry's law strikes again.

    potatoe
The proper spelling of the starchy root-vegetable, according to then-vice-president Dan Quayle as he tried to correct a small child in spelling.

I love the subtle sarcasm of citing Urban Dictionary as opposed to a real dictionary. Nicely conceded.

I don't think it's a mesh strap on the Bond 25 watch. To me, it looks like a solid piece of rubber or something else. I think we'd be able to make out the mesh in the pictures given how detailed they are.

I also think the crown and bezel look to be made of steel rather than gold, as in the suggested Omega above.

Still looks like a Broad Arrow at 6.......
I have still doubts that the watch is 42 mm, it looks smaller.
    But I agree, brilliant shot!

Well, I stand corrected! That's the clearest picture I've seen so far. Thanks for posting it. At least I'm right about the bezel and crown, so I'm reassured that I'm not completely blind.

At the risk of being wrong again, does anyone think the curved part of the lugs are brushed, where usually they are polished?
  • HigginsHiggins GermanyPosts: 16,618MI6 Agent
Looks like that -even more like sandblasted - or the watch has been treated with a matt spray to reduce reflexions during shooting (which is quite common from what I am hearing)

That does look like mesh. Kind of an odd choice? Feels a bit random. I also think the watch is 40mm or smaller.

That’s a stunt watch. Don’t take in too much re the finish as it’s 3D printed then spray finished. It’s a small case size as I previously said. Don’t go buying anything. It’s not standard
