    Floorpanel lights up, TB2 & Holly are projected into the room as a hologram image, a'la Star Wars.
    The cat is batting a half dead rat between her paws. TB2 looks upset.

    This is Thunderbird 2, I... Holly, don't play with your food! Um? Yes, I am currently in Scotland for the next week. My StepMum has passed away. Please shout your beverage and cuisine requirements at the A.R.S.E, and it will provide your requirements for now. Pussy and I will Return...

    Do me a favour? Raise a glass to a woman who did nothing but help others her whole life. - People were glad they knew her, I'll be forever grateful she was my StepMum.

    Barbel - Dinnae get up tae high do, holler yer gubbins an drinnc at baheed geegaw on tha wa, it'll git yeh al hoved up sharpish!

    The hologram disappears. The A.R.S.E's cylon eye scans the room ominously
    This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

    I'll be back properly next week.

    Barbel, can you make sure Freddy doesn't scare the Brewery delivery man again?
    Piss and Lager are a dreadful combination!

    Seems many are getting their knickers in a twist about some of the news about
    Bond 25 :)) ... from the Tabloids ..... So more guess work from the papers.

    I've more or less given up on newspapers (apart from crosswords) and am trying to avoid reading about B25 online as much as possible.
  • ThunderpussyThunderpussy Behind you !Posts: 63,792MI6 Agent
    It's quite difficult to avoid all news on Bond 25, in a way that's good as it shows
    the popularity of 007 -{

    The most recent story about Lynch's role actually made it to TV News here. I don't think any other action franchise could have done that just based on a rumour. Bond is special :007)
  • ThunderpussyThunderpussy Behind you !Posts: 63,792MI6 Agent
    Even my daughter asked me about the tabloid stories, on
    Who 007 would be in Bond 25 :))

    Thank God it's raining again like it should during a summer. All that sun and warmth felt so unnatural, it was really unsetteling.
    I want the usual, including Coke Zero -{

    I'm working on our next interview but can't say more than that at the moment.

    Yes, great work with the Benson interview. I'm sure you're working day and night to organize an interview with Izabella Scorupco next :D
  • BarbelBarbel ScotlandPosts: 36,053Chief of Staff
    Not the lovely Ms Scorupco, but I don't think you'll be disappointed with who it is. https://www.ajb007.co.uk/post/955872/#p955872

    Watched an old ( really old ) tv detective show
    Col March of Scotland Yard with Boris Karloff.
    Very dated as I think it's from the early 50s but
    I did laugh at the section of Scotland Yard he
    Worked for ..... The Dept of Queer Complaints :D

    Well, everyone has something to complain about these days. You remember a few weeks ago when I was complaining of how hot and sunny it was? Now I'm complaining of how much rain and fog we get. Perhaps not queer complaints, but they are worthy of being ignored and forgotten by police bureaucracy.

    A chap came in tonight with a set of jump leads around his neck.
    I told him he could come in but "Don't be starting anything !" ;)

    A Coke Zero with ice, please. I have something to celebrate. :)
    I was mowing the garden and about half of the flock of sheep in the field next door started staring at me, and we all know how sheep can stare harder and longer than all of Daniel Craig's stalkers combined. I was in a competitive mood, so I picked one of them to stare back at. You can imagine my surprise and indeed pride as the sheep gave up after less than two minutes (!) and started grasing again -{
  • Thunderbird 2Thunderbird 2 East of Cardiff, Wales.Posts: 2,774MI6 Agent
    Sheep are professional mowers. They spend a massive amount of time cropping, so they stare to forget boredom.

    However, they mow their place, so eventually they get back to their pruining.

    One Coke Zero as requested.
    We also now have it in cherry flavour!

    We actually call the robot mower "the plastic sheep" or E-sau ("sau" means "sheep") for this reason.
    Unfortunately the neighbour sold all his sheep the day after I posted last. Those were the last sheep in this hamlet. There's been sheep here for so long, I bet the first one was sacrifised to Odin and Thor ….. ahhh, the 1950's must have been such a different time around here :D

    Thanks for the Coke Zero, but I'll drink it in nostalgia and not celebration.

    Thanks SM, I remember it from when I was a kid. In fact I've picked up a few Bargains
    all three series of Millennium for £10, there are loads of cheap dvds on Ebay for some of
    these old shows.
    I'm still on the look out for the last two series of Hustle , It's like when I was younger and
    spent ages in secondhand book shops looking for Bond books :)
