Unfortunately, Skyfallofpies2016 is not replying to my messages since weeks.

I have been on the list but opted out many months ago after my payment has been done in September 2018!
Skyfall..... replied me that he could not stop the production of my plate and that he was not willing to refund me my payment.

This has all been in September 2018.

Not sure if Sommerset has contacted him as I still have my sign to sell.

Anyone still wants one of these.
And please Skyfallofpies, finally reply to my messages

    Thank you, rant over!

I’ve not been on here recently Higgins and I haven’t heard back from Sommerset. Your sign is here with no address to send to as you never provided one. I know you haven’t insinuated I’m ‘shifty’ but I’m sure the guys on the list will vouch for me.

It wasn’t that I’m ‘not willing’ The money is for materials and time as I stated you invested in the run so the money you put down was used.

You underpaid me also so that would need to be covered, As Higgins stated his sign is available but please go through him until it’s sold.

    Much appreciated

My Bond display corner of the garage is taking shape now! B-)
And pride of place has gone to the Skyfall sign!
If somebody has yet to decide whether to buy the last one, I’d recommend jumping in!! It’s an amazing piece of art!

    Hi there,

I am potentially interested in 4 of the signs but just have a couple of questions:

Are they suitable for all year round outdoor use i.e. setting them flush into external gate pillar brickwork?

Can you produce the signs smaller in length, adjusting its' proportion to suit, say for a 22" wide pillar?

What would your best price be for the shorter example and based on a quantity of 4?

    Many thanks in advance.

Its been a while since I checked in on the ajb007 site however its interesting to see someone has gone to the lengths of replicating the SKYFALL Lodge entrance sign. It looks great by the way. I wish I'd checked in sooner as I have the original mould for this sign. Wish I knew this was a project I could have made life simple for you...damn. Its made of plaster. It was white originally and I painted it.

Did you discern any differences between original mould and these? These replicas are superb.

I haven't gone through with a magnifying glass but from the pics I've seen they are pretty good.

There’s quite a bit of difference when compared to the eoriginal. Size certainly. This is one compared to my production piece. These were cast in polyurethane and are dead solid and heavy. It was from one of these that the plaster versions were cast. The paint job on the weathering and lichen is outstanding. Really does look like a centuries old weathered stone sign.

The production one is massive. Far bigger than you’d think. The copy is a much more display friendly size and is very well done. And like the originals, can be put outside without worry of degradation.

Wow! Superb. Thanks for sharing. I may be asking you for measurements of the original piece, I may have to revisit this and make another sculpt.

    I appreciate the comment on my work! Thank you! :) -{

If that's the original in the case I'd say the replica needs some serifs!
