Exactly! That's quite TTH -look. Graig sometimes really does look like a Russian Oligarch going all out for the youthful look.....

Hah that's a great way to describe Craig's fashion sense. It's all over the place and I scratch my head when people say he has a great sense of style....

The strap is probably not an OEM but an aftermarket one. Colour and style reminds me lots of the watchgecko vintage bond

Looks perfect with the Tudor Black Bay Heritage. Prices are rising on that watch. It won't be a relative bargain for much longer...

There was a time when he dressed rather stylishly (08-11). After that, his personal style has ranged from mediocre to abysmal. And sadly, some of it has bled into Bond.

As of the last Omega nato collection I was aware of there wasn't a Connery colour option. There are loads of options available out there, but I'd suspect its one of top end though? Who knows maybe he found out where to get on one of AJBs threads?

Really hard to tell, but based upon this pic it looks like the Aqua Terra again

Looking at the bands on the strap, they seem too rounded for Omega. Pity.

Our hero certainly looks in a bad way in that pic :#

Oh, and I hope that's a harness for a stunt and not a faux pas of braces and belt loop.

I might be wrong but I don't think they make that version of the AT anymore. The new versions have the date at the 6 and no cage around it. Perhaps it is something similar in the new style?

To me it looked like the crown was a different colour to the case, AT style in keeping with other films, possibly the second watch, as with other films. Just started to add up, pure theory of course :))

Checked the present line up and nothing close so likely LE for the film going on Omega’s past performance

Looks like the watch is pretty big on DC’s wrist with this model being a 43mm compared to the 41.5mm he normally wears. Also the photo looks like it’s missing a marker at 3 o’clock so that’s the date window I’m guessing. Would love to see something different and the month window helps do that and the size. I would think it to be excessive to have two limited edition that are screen worn do to the marking factor of it. But who knows omega loves to push the envelope on The bond home front. Let me know your thoughts if you don’t mind. However just to be clear extremely hard to tell with these images.

Honestly, I hope its the same one from Spectre that he wears during the PTS and at the end of Spectre. Would be nice to have some watch continuity for once :) plus not having to buy yet another Aqua Terra that looks the same as the last two films with slight differences

To be honest that was why I never went for the SP AT difference was not enough vs the SF one. Plus I preferred the SF AT face it seemed more balanced overall and the cost of the SM300 LE was enough. I thought like with SF I would buy one (the PO) and maybe pick up the other at another point in the future (which I did with the SF AT eventually some years later). But just never bothered for the above reason. Time will tell I guess.

Taking from this and older Matera pictures, i dont see a date on 6 and instead a darker spot on 3 o`clock,
So my guess is the older Master-AT. And from the size, i would not go with the bigger one.
In lots of shots, it does not look like fullsize but mid size like in Skyfall.

It’s so hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the 41mm with polished bracelet. Like he wore in Spectre

I was going to say continuity from Spectre final scene. Then remembered he had the vintage Omega on!

True, but we did see Bond wear the AT 41mm in the Spectre PTS and then again in the end of the film (not Whitehall) so hoping it’s a continuation of the same model. I would find it very aggravating if they switch back to a mid size of the exact same watch from a collectors stand point.

Still think that was more of an Easter Egg, either from Omega or even DC.

Indeed. Technically he still had it when they arrested Blofeld so should be in his suitcase in the back of the Matera bound DB5 :))

Rewatch Spectre today and still unsure about the size.
The 42 PO in QoS and the 41,5 AT in Spectre share a similar size mostly and both look a bit larger, covering most of DCs wrist, while this piece just seems smaller...

Are their any clues, that the Matera Scene is early in the movie and kinda follows the Ending of Spectre?

If it's smaller, it's a forthcoming watch, as the Skyfall watch is discontinued.

That is not necessarily correct, as these two model (below) are available from omega in 38.5mm if it is indeed a 38.5mm. The Skyfall At was replaced a long time ago because it wasn’t a master co-axial movement like the 41.5mm AT in Spectre which was an updated movement and a smaller version was and still is available. Again a lot of speculation with very few identifying photos of the said piece.

Ah, that's great to know - I thought they'd replaced all their models with a horizontal teak pattern!
  • plaggyplaggy Posts: 6MI6 Agent
They did. This is basically only available as NOS - its the previous Collection. You can only get it used or have a lot of luck and may find a new piece here and there at an AD.

The current Omega Aqua Terras do indeed have horizontal ‘decking’ and the date window at 6 o’clock. They are available in 38mm and 41mm.
But Bond’s Watch appears to have the date window at 3 o’clock. So, an older model (SPECTRE) but not Skyfall as that had chrome surrounding the date window, which would be noticeable.
