Thanks SM, I remember it from when I was a kid. In fact I've picked up a few Bargains
all three series of Millennium for £10, there are loads of cheap dvds on Ebay for some of
    these old shows.
I'm still on the look out for the last two series of Hustle , It's like when I was younger and
spent ages in secondhand book shops looking for Bond books :)

Yes, I too have made some good finds on eBay over the years. I also find the CEX exchange shops here to be good for finding DVDs, Blu-rays and boxsets. I found the complete Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes boxset for £18 a while back which I thought was pretty good.

    I can certainly also empathise with you on your searching secondhand bookshops looking for Bond books. I spent my youth doing that too in the age before internet shopping became the norm. There is something especially exciting about finding a Bond book the old way and I still peruse secondhand bookshops to this day. :) -{

It was always exciting when you'd find a Book ( Reference on the films etc ) that
at the time you didn't know existed :D

Hopefully it's only a minor fault, Barbel ;)

The airbag light on my car has come on :# I've tried a few " Hacks" that I've been told about, with
no success. So I'm guessing it will be another large bill heading my way :)) ...... and with no Airbags
I have to start driving sensibly ...... No more driving like Bond ! ........ Basildon Bond :D

Please try this, it might work. Take both the leads from the battery them leave them off for at least half an hour. This will cause all the power to go from the electronics control unit. When you connect the battery the unit will have to reset. The airbag light may not come back on at all after that if it is just a small fault. My friend did this and it worked (for a few weeks!) The garage can also reset the light for you by cancelling the fault. This should not cost more than ten pounds (but it might come up again later).

It's a remarkably different test in NI from the one over here, some say it's more lenient and others say its more stringent.
Airbag light really needs diagnosing, simply a case of plugging the car in and reading the fault, if it's a 2 door car with sliding seats to get in the back, the wiring under a seat is the prime suspect.

Happens a lot, I've had it on my GT, simply applied some contact spray to the plug and it cured it.

You can even download a diagnostic app on your phone and buy a Bluetooth plug for the car, I have this along with a full diagnostic programme on a laptop.

Thanks for the advice guys {[] it did happen once before and I
Remember being told about it being under the seat. I'm hoping
To make an appointment tomorrow to get the old girl sorted out ..
........... and maybe get someone to look at the car as well. ;)

I think our MOT in NI is stricter than in the rest of the UK. As it's
Done in a Government test centre, not a local garage...... although
My last car on its third or fourth MOT, a mechanic came over with
Two pieces if thick plastic and told me. That they were stabilizers
To stop the cars bouncing badly on the transport ships and they
Should have been removed at the docks. :)) ... yet I"d been driving
It first years getting it serviced and MOT, yet no one else had noticed!

Sounds like the system mainland UK has for commercial vehicles, they have to go to a government run place, infact the man that tests my cars is a senior examiner in one such place,
He has some horror stories about what the hgv owners try and get up to!

On my dvd collection, I've started watching The Rockford Files.
The opening scenes of the pilot episode, has one shot panning
    Across a pier and there's Columbo's car ! :)) I'm guessing he was
    Solving another case down there.

Sympathy from me, TB2, a cold is a miserable ailment. I'll forego my usual post-gig whisky till you're feeling better.
