My initial thought was Blackhawk. Close, but no cigar. Allow me to be the first to suggest the Blackhawk Omega system as an alternative.
There aren't a plethora of professional-grade tac gear manufacturers still doing an all-nylon thigh rig. Kydex or other polymer for the holster itself has been trending for over two decades now. So unless it's custom, it shouldn't be too tough to identify.
Another piece of tactical trivia: At least in the US, the trend over the last decade or so has been to wear the thigh holster with only a single leg strap to place it higher on the leg (read: within closer reach for a more efficient draw). I know it's irrelevant to screen accuracy, but I figured I'd mention it for those interested in real-world Bond gear applications. -{

Altered is a possibility.
The Safariland rigs I've had experience with in the last 24 years have a molded polymer holster. The closest ones I've seen to the poster holster are Blackhawk's Omega or Eagle's SAS; both of theirs have a spare mag pouch affixed to the front of the holster.

I wouldn’t get too excited about this. Some cheap generic airsoft holster that’s probably been modified. It does have a mag pouch on the front. Not sure whether the teaser poster version is different, but the screen used one certainly has it.
