Cary just posted a link to an interview he did with Mr. Porter that was obviously intended to be part of the NTTD promotion. I didn’t follow the link, but a couple of his followers asked him if the release delay afforded an opportunity to further polish the film. He firmly states that once they were finished with post-production, it was “pencils down “, and that was the end of it. He says of course, one could endlessly tinker with a film (cough George Lucas, cough), but that NTTD is “great as it is” and he hopes we all agree come November.
(Also, he sure wouldn’t make a bad Bond himself)

For once I wouldn't mind looking like the guy who directed Bond as much as Bond himself :))

Glad we're having this discussion about how Fukunaga is really hot—which he is.

Also, I'm glad that they are done with it and not second-guessing themselves.

Actually, I never said he was “hot”. But he does have the style and panache we associate with 007.

I guess they either tested the movie with some audiences to decide on the different endings that were reportedly shot. Or they decided as a group since this is Daniel Craig's last movie anyway.

I would be shocked if we didn't get a reboot of the series after this. Daniel Craig's Bond retired, quit, and was called too old far too many times in his run. No need to continue from that point after No Time to Die.
