    Here in the land down under I have no chance of ever owning a carbine rifle like the AR15 thanks to our gun laws, but I still found myself glued to that how-to thanks to your very inventive methods—great stuff Ray -{

    SIG P226 which was the original image for the tactical holster. As with the teaser poster for Skyfall the pistol in the photo shoot image was changed to a PPKS or in this case from a SIG to a Walther and back again! -{

    For the uninitiated, why the gun change?

    I do not know the specifics for the change but it had been noted that the holster on the poster was too large for the PPK. The teaser poster for Skyfall originally had Bond with a PPK which was taken from a live action photo shoot which was changed to the PPKS. Perhaps Marketing felt Bond should be seen armed with a PPK instead of the Quantum of Solace SIG P226? perhaps this is one of the changes they needed to make? The SIG P226 is the weapon favoured by SAS and SBS units so Bond being an ex-Navy man it really is the natural choice this time around -{

    @Alex006, another plus about having a Ken Nulls SMZ holster(especially if it is for a PPK) is that is very similar to the Galco Falcon holster Bond uses in LTK. Due to a patent dispute, Galco was forced to remove the Falcon from its sales catalog prior to the premier of Licence To Kill. The SMZ while having a different type of construction, is very close in appearance to the Falcon especially if you get it in black leather. I purchased one for my collection in 2015 and I love it.

    A fairly recent addition to the collection: Bond's AKS-74U rifle from DAD, in all-black with 3-point sling, also carried by his two fellow agents when infiltrating a North Korean military base in the PTS.

    Metal flash hider; sling added; rear sling mount is off an MP5K. Came with a rail mount on the left side which has been removed.

    Example of a screen-used rubber stunt folded variant courtesy of Prop Store:

    Sling buckle positionings look a bit different to what's on screen

    A new addition to my own armory that some of the Fleming enthusiasts among us might enjoy. A modern interpretation of a classic.

    Beautiful blade, Miles!

    I'm a sucker for a Fairbairn-Sykes. As iconic as a military knife can and will ever be.

    In case anyone was interested in the Carbon Tactics buckles as seen as part of Bond's Drop Leg holster, i bit the bullet and ordered one, also did a review and Carbon Tactics was kind enough to offer me a promo code to share. Use Promo Code: BONDARMORY and you'll receive 10% OFF your order from now until the end of the year!!

    Beautiful! I actually just ordered the SOE training manual off of Amazon, it should be here tomorrow. Wasn't Fairbairn the hand to hand instructor at Camp X?

    Thanks for the video, Ray. I just ordered the Carbon Tactics belt and used the BONDARMORY discount. I picked up the hybrid version FWIW.

    I received the Carbon Tactics hybrid belt, with the buckle seen in NTTD, and this is by far the best gun belt I've worn. Lightweight, thin enough to fit through belt loops, but strong as all get out. For those of you who live places where the law allows you to carry a handgun, I can't recommend this belt highly enough. There's no sag at all even with my P226. Thanks, Ray, for the tip and the video.

    Thanks for the follow-up, Chev.

    Is the buckle slim enough to accommodate most OWB (outside the waistband) holster slots?

    Yes. I haven't found anything it won't work with.

    So glad you like it!! I’ve been trying to abuse mine and it’s tough as nails!! How thick is the hybrid?

    New video up on the YouTube Channel! I managed to get the Marketing Director from Walther Arms, Cody Osborn, to join my good friend Commando.Bond.007 and I to discuss the new 2020 version of the PPK
