Another thing: there seems to be a LOT of Q-centric promotional material for NTTD. He seems to be everywhere, from the watch, the 'interview' trailer, to him being present when no other MI6 regular is on the final poster. I wonder if something will happen to him? Not to mention we see the masked figure in the trailers peeking through corrugated glass doors that resemble the ones to his flat...

Ben Whishaw's name's location in the credits indicated that he would have a larger role and also what we know of NTTD suggests that they are using a lot of ideas that didn't make it into the Spectre script (which we know of due to the Sony email leaks) and those unused ideas saw a larger role for Q. We also know that there are lots of gadgets in this movie.

I've seen the Sony leaks and there was supposed to be a plotline where Q gets captured from his room in the Pevsner and is found when Blofeld decides to leave them both to die in the desert crater, with Q only then revealing that the watch was explosive. Even though I'm not a big fan of the new Q I'm inclined to say that I would have much preferred the leak plotline to play out as it gives Q's original line of 'it tells the time' much more weight, as well as not immediately throwing it away with the clearly shoehorned dialogue about the bomb in the watch, and the eventual use of the explosive would've made for a much tenser scene.

To be honest I'm really hoping NTTD is the last time we see this Whishaw's Q. Unless he can begin to recapture the charm of previous Q's I really do not like his whole 'nerdy gadget-making hacker' schtick. Maybe this time around, they do use the 'Q gets captured' line, but it goes the way of Felix in LTK.

There have been hints along the way that Q is going to meet his maker and Whishaw has certainly indicated that he is "done" with Bond. But that could be a pay negotiating tactic. ;-)

I was just reminded that NTTD won't be the first to feature a car chase on The Atlantic road. Børning 2 was first in 2016, and it looked good! :D

So it is … sorry. Here we go again: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibJl6Me68cw
For a while we thought/hoped NTTD was filming on the Trollstigen road, but it was the sequel Børnign 3.

It is! Less muscles and fewer great stunts than F & F, but a lot more charm and humor.

I enjoyed watching @TheBondExperience's video on the suits of NTTD, and the mystery suit David Zaritsky was sent.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jytB5UxX7vI&t=2s

Thinking it through I wonder if it's a wedding suit for the PTS - we have been told its the longest PTS - or maybe when Bond goes to Norway with Madeleine he's wearing it then before he goes all casual for the car chase, or, more controversially it's the suit Bond is buried in at the end...

    PTS - no Bond?
    Matera - cordoroy suit
    Jamaica - casual
Cuba - casual and a tux
    London - known suit
Norway (with Madeleine) - maybe here?
    Norway car chase - casual
    Lair infiltration - military

Craig's films all have a coda with him in a suit, so that's a possibility. And unless you've read the script or seen the film, there are likely to be scenes we don't know about, scenes filmed inside the studio that nobody ever had a look at.

It's impossible to guess where in the film he's going to wear this suit, but we may be able to guess some of the purpose. This mystery suit has some stretch in the fabric, which leads me to think it may be used for action. Then again, it may have stretch because Craig's body is difficult to tailor for, and stretch makes the suit easier to fit regardless of how he wears it.

Great photos! (Especially of Ana IMO.) My first thought is that it'll be hard to use them to ID any unknown clothes, etc. Then I realized how much I was underestimating some of the detectives here on AJB.

Reminds me of how boring being on a movie set is, often its just a lot of sitting around and waiting.

I repost it from the MI6 Community thread cause I think it could be very interesting to clarify the plot
    - In the film there is a character named Mathilde (played by a certain Lisa-Dorret Sonnet). Is it the child?
    - In a scene "Nomi pilot Madeleine and Mathilde to safety with the island in the background" (filmed on September 25).
    - Scenes between Madeleine and Bond were filmed at the Cave of Poetry (September 25).
    - A scene inside the DB5 in Italy includes "Leaping grenades but a sheep is blocking its way". Still inside the car, "Madeleine says someone is trying to trap her" (filmed on October 1).
    - A scene where inside the Aston Vantage (in Matera): "Madeleine is about to tell a story to Mathilde, they are entering a tunnel" (October 2).
    - A scene tells us that Ash, from his Defender, "coordinates the pursuit of Bond" (Ash would he finally be a bad guy?) (October 2).
    - Safin base is on an island and has a submarine pool as well as an old control room.

It seems pretty accurate and there are production sheets to confirm it.

    Here are the links:

Here is a French Bond fan website and when you scroll quite some way down you'll find the Mathilde references and a references to NTD call sheets on eBay.
    https://www.commander007.net/2020/nttd-le-point-sur-la-promotion-10/

Here is the eBay post, the call sheet is available to buy for another two days.
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/James-Bond-007-NO-TIME-TO-DIE-cast-a-crew-prop-call-sheet/143621963937?hash=item21708940a1:g:FkoAAOSwGhpe1rdi

This is a link to a good picture of the NTTD call sheet which provides much of the info referred to above. It clearly confirms a child will be in the film.
    https://imgur.com/lv6BzIO

MI6 Community user Antovolk found this Facebook-based Italian media video interview with the child stand-in Allegra Schettini for the Mathilde character. The text that accompanies the video box confirms who it is. The call sheet confirms an Allegra Schettini is the Mathilde stand-in.

I think scene 253 with Madeleine driving with Mathilde into a tunnel as she begins to tell the child a story is very probably the end of the film and I think it highly likely Bond is dead.

I thought the grainy pictures of them in the RIB off the Italian beach showed Bond in the RIB also. Maybe this is the alternate endings Fukunaga has spoken of, whether or not Bond survives the Russian mine/bunker.

Very interesting revelations from the call sheets.
There is no doubt these are huge spoilers with Bond absent from the final scenes and Mathilde, a 5 year old girl present who is likely to be Bond's daughter.

There are 4 pages to the call sheets but we only have info from 2 of the pages!
The info on the other 2 pages is also likely to be explosive.
I hope whoever wins it on eBay will share it.
However I wouldn't be surprised if Babs and Mike are bidding on it to protect the rest of the spoilers from the public.

I think Ash will be a great nemesis combined with Safin and Blofeld.
I have little doubt now that No Time To Die will be Craig's best Bond movie and slide straight into my Top 10 best 007 outings.
It is becoming obvious that the great characters, huge action, amazing array of vehicles, great locations and complex plot are going to trump every other Craig outing.

However we should all be concerned about where the franchise is going to go after this movie.
The evidence is starting to mount that this movie could be the last for EON.
I believe there is now a very strong chance that the rights will go to Netflix.
-Bond is absent from the end of No Time To Die and could be incapacitated.
-The aging Broccoli & Wilson are unlikely to want to go through the struggle of once again rebooting the franchise from fresh. Let's not forget the negativity, struggle and stress they had to endure to introduce Craig into the role.
-EON have experienced unprecedented production difficulties as of late.
-Studio space now be more difficult now that Disney has signed a long-term deal with Pinewood as well as Netflix with Shepperton.
-MGM are in financial turmoil and have already done big deals with Netflix.
-Netflix and 007 combined has huge financial potential and bosses will know it.
-25 movies would be a convenient number to end with.

Clown me in a few months if I'm wrong, but I doubt Bond is going to "die" in the film. The James Bond myth (particularly in the Craig films) is that he can't die — he represents a sense of heroism and (reluctant) selflessnes that foils the villains. I wouldn't be surprised if he's believed to be dead or dies then is "reborn" (in either a mythical or literal sense).

The only way I’d be kind of okay with Bond dying at the end is if he didn’t actually die...and they pulled a Dark Knight Rises sorta thing.

The rewatch of CR reminded me of how much I want to see more of Jeffery Wright’s Leiter...but I’m VERY worried that they’re just bringing him back in NTTD for one short scene in Cuba just to kill him off (a couple of frames of the trailer—an explosion in maybe a bar/club—shows what looks like Leiter with a lot of blood on his chest).

Madeleine's secret is that she has a daughter with Bond, conceived in the pre-titles sequence 5 years earlier, who she has not yet told Bond about. She also has ties to SPECTRE.

Leiter knows that Ash & the CIA are corrupt and working with Safin, that's why he needs Bond's help to investigate Safin

Safin raids Madeleine's house with Ash in an attempt to kidnap Bond's daughter and saves her when she is under the ice. However he doesn't get far and Bond arrives on the scene in a Land Rover to save Mathilde. However eventually Safin and his goons take her in a helicopter to his island along with Madeleine.

Safin is retaliating after MI6 saved (in Cuba) the scientist he kidnapped who is vital to his ambitions. He will hold Madeleine and Mathilde hostage at his island.

Bond works with Blofeld to track down Safin's lair and save his daughter. I believe that Bond may go rogue on a level we haven't seen before and may work with Blofeld in the final third of the film. They are from the same family after all.
'He's the most valuable asset this country has' - M,
'Now your enemy is my enemy'- Blofeld (on Bonds 2nd meeting with Blofeld later on)

Safin's plans to eliminate the human race and replace them with a genetic human-robot hybrid, controlled by a robotic version of himself are thwarted. He planned to clone Mathilde due to her genetic qualities.

Nomi pilots Madeleine and Mathilde to safety (in the water plane which takes off on water).

Bond escapes the island in another vehicle and reunites with Madeleine and Mathilde.

Bond and Madeleine marry with Mathilde as a bridesmaid.
Blofeld is congratulated and rewarded for his help and attends the wedding.
However something goes wrong. It turns out Blofeld still has bitter feelings about Bond destroying his base 5 years ago.
Blofeld has managed to arrange a bomb and has a gun. He attacks Bond and Madeleine however Nomi puts a bullet in Blofeld and kills him. Q is fatally injured.
Bond resigns and honours Nomi with the 007 status.

Some interesting ideas but you don't have all the answers and don't delve into much detail about Madeleine's secret or Mathilde.

I believe the Matera chase and/or the raid on a London Skyscraper will be in the PTS.

Whether Mathilde is Bond's child or a clone of Madeleine, the child appears towards the end of the second act of the film and so the third act is about Bond and Nomi going to save Mathilde and Madeleine, and whether Bond lives or dies, I don't see Mathilde being a big part of the story, which I think is really about Bond needing to find out what threat Safin presents and how to save his friends/'family' from that threat, instead of the 'world'. That works with or without a child.
