    Likewise. Can't be that many of us in Ca!
    I have been wearing my Connolly jacket a lot the last couple of months. Fits in well with the sunny California weather.

    Back from dead, since it’s pandemic and getting warm. Just checking to see if anyone wants to participate. I love mixing and matching pieces. Today natural beige linen pants, Tommy Bahama black silk shirt, and orlebar brown espadrille in sky blue . My watch is a planet ocean style Seiko samurai in blue. What about you guys do you still wear the bond stuff in the pandemic world or just tees and sweats like a lot of folks?
    Is that the Save the Ocean Samurai with the graduated dial? Beautiful watch if so, and they wear well too despite their heft. Love Seiko divers.

    Yes that’s the one it has waves dial and the blue gets darker as it goes down the dial. I love it and wear it a lot!

    Sunspel stretch cotton trunks. White. :D
    I edit, therefore I am.

    Yes today just a merino wool tee and some grey “tech trousers” not really bondish.
    Some adidas and a Casio mdv 106 diver , I’ve got a Rolex but pretty much wear my cheaper close enough watches more than the Rollie. It’s hard dressing well during the pandemic anyhow.

    I love the outfit and just read the GQ article and man that’s expensive. Can anyone identify the pieces and colors?
  • lotusguy2001lotusguy2001 Posts: 132MI6 Agent
    I did the same, the gq lists the shirt as cucinelli, the watch as omega, could not remember the other brands, I have an ob tee the same color so I was looking to see if that was the same. But the brands are listed.

    Shirt, $845, by Brunello Cucinelli / Pants (price upon request) by Ovadia & Sons / Belt, $745, by Artemas Quibble / Watch (price upon request) by Omega

    Kinda expensive to just lounge around in

    Anyone know the specifics? $845 for a tshirt?!? I gotta see this thing

    I like the colour of the T-shirt and would love to find a frugal alternative. If anyone has a link or knows the colour name (presumably olive or sage or somthing glamorous, rather than just 'green' :)) ) please post details -{

    Bespoke T&A shirt with cocktail cuffs and TWINE collar, TND tie, and Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso watch. (I know, TC wears one in gold but you get the idea)

    I love this! Excellent job.

    +1! {[]

    The photos in the article have captions listing all the brands and (most of the) prices

    According to Google that's a Spanish rock band rather than a colour.... :# but there again my Ladybird book of colours only goes as far as red, green, yellow etc. & eschews things like 'taupe' and 'coral' whatever they are... :D

    "Toundra" is a kind of green color term used by the 5.11 brand :007)

    I think my orlebar brown ob tee is close, I think they may have called it “olive?” I do not think it’s really a frugal alternative, as paying $100 for a tee is nuts even though they are stupid comfortable but it’s not a grand!

    Maybe something like this is more affordable! £25 and colour is “Sage”

    Well finally after some many years (like over a decade) I picked up a pair of QOS slimmy 7 For All Mankind Jeans - so another one off my bucket list. So I guess it will be this today and then to settle down to Dr No tonight on the TV, what a day!

    Cheers :007)

    BTW Anyone looking for a decent replacement for the SPECTRE TF Navy polo M&S have this one back in stock, slightly cheaper than the Smedley Noah.

    The stars aligned in a crazy way. All my QOS purchases seem to happen by chance. eBay is my friend. When I got my Y3 the night I saw it I watched QOS. During the film I mused about buying another Y3 from Dan at Royale. Just by chance I searched eBay and saw what looked like a real one up as a buy it now, could not believe my luck, so I just bought it. Checked with DZ and found it was the real deal. This time 3 weeks ago QOS was on again, and I just checked for the jeans on a whim. Guess what a nearly new pair was listed. I watched them and then ruddy missed them first time due to work and the gutter no one had bid n them! Fast forward one week and they came up listed again and this time I got them! Oh the ruddy stress of this bond collecting milarky!

    As I always say patience and eBay are your friend :D

    Cheers :007)

    That's my favorite (non formal) outfit of any Bond movie, Bond44. Very nice.

    Awesome buy and congrats on finishing the outfit, it looks great!

    And found them in the sold items on eBay UK—you got them for a good price! Postage was only to the EU so they didn’t pop up on eBay AU.

    Had a Madagascar look today, Grey striped undershirt, linen pants and a floral shirt. No seamaster so I used a Casio mdv 106 for that look.

    On vacation with my family. Thought I’d give the Thunderball look a try since my #bond25fitnesschallenge has been going very well. I decided to go with the Magnoli Spectre Polo instead of the Fred Perry, but I think it fills the role very well. Hope everyone’s summer is going well so far! Cheers Gentlemen! -{
