Is Casino Royale indebted to AJB fan-fiction?

Being something of an afficionado of AJB's fan fic - and of course a double-O contributer, I noticed that two major scenes of torture from 'The Vanguard Secret' take place in the bowels of a rusted boat.... the story was published in 2005 - CR by fleming has a different location - SO I was wondering if anyone else has noticed an obvious use of their plots in the latest Movie...
