  Kingsley Amis writing as Robert Markham wrote the first continuation novel, Colonel Sun, after Fleming's death.

  Thanks, I truly wanted to know. I had read the book years ago and can only remember the foreword in which a family representative introducded the new author. I had the title "Murder in the Loo" stuck in my head.
