Casino Games - Whats your favourite?

I don't live anywhere near a casino (not sure it would be a good thing if I did!), but whenever I am on holiday or in a big city I like to try my hand at a few casino games. My personal favourite, while not Bondish, is Roulette. However I am kind of losing interest in this, and fancy trying a few different games when I'm on holiday in Las Vegas for 4 days next year.
Dalton's Bond plays blackjack, which still contains an element of luck, but also needs skill to know what strategy to play when. Baccarat is perhaps the simplest of games, but usually has high minimum limits and is the staple of high rollers (which I am not!). While not played by Bond, you have poker and all its variants, perhaps the most classic of card games.
It's simple enough to learn the rules of say, Roulette, because it is purely a game of luck. However the house has quite a high advantage, and its not really a game you play for a while since the longer you play, the more you are likely to lose in the long run.
Blackjack and poker have a much lower house advantage, but are more complicated to master and thus win successfully. Baccarat is simply a 50-50 choice, but with high limits you could spend your entire budget on just one game. Is simply picking the hand with the highest card exciting?
Realistically, you are not very likely to win lots of money unless you bet big. For me, its more an entertainment. Only betting relatively small amounts, its more about having a good exciting game that you can play for a while.

I've played pontoon (another name for blackjack) when I was much younger (for pennies) but never in a casino environment. Yes, the rules are pretty simple but it get a lot more complicated when you have to remember where to split, double down etc. For a new player I think trying to remember all 'best ways' to deal with the cards would spoil the actual game playing. You could just play, but then you are not maximising your chance of actually winning?
Roulette is cool, but I can imagine there's a lot more excitement at the craps table. What's you usual bet/strategy on Roulette Rogue?
Craps is a lot of fun, I think. More fun than any other casino came, at least in America. There are a lot more ways to bet. Below is a link to the odds for each play and, more importantly, the house's edge over the player. You don't really need to know all that stuff. Just play the pass and back up your number with a place bet or two and have fun. Stay away from the sucker bets like the field and the hardways
