HELP - Walther P99/PPK

Hey Guys,
I need some help, I need to know where I can find a cheap Walther P99 or PPK cap gun/toy gun, with silencer prefferably but it's not essential, I've been wanting one ever since my brother broke my last one, and I hacent been able to find anywhere to buy one.
So if anyone can help me in any way which doesnt result in ebay, then it would be greatly appreciated.

What is your budget? If it is in the $10 dollar range, there is a cheap one right here (browse around Toy guns, under Realistic Toy guns page 2)

If it is around the $20 range, I would recommend an airsoft gun. (go to spring guns, and keep scrolling untill you get to HFC P99)
