Topic: Bond on TV and Radio

Why not post any programmes you hear about coming up on TV or Radio.

On Friday 3rd of Jan 2014 on BBC at 7:30.  There is a concert of Don Black songs.

“I didn’t lose a friend, I just realised I never had one.”

New drama on Sky Atlantic coming soon about Fleming. How good  it will be -hard to say -but should  be  interesting  nonetheless.

Just a word of praise for the tech guys on Moonraker, I think the exploding boats

Re: Bond on TV and Radio

True, I'd hate to think how much the likes of Drax's space station set would cost today.  ajb007/lol
I'd say the cost of the set alone could pay for a small budget movie.  ajb007/biggrin

Re: Bond on TV and Radio

There is a lot of Nostalgia with watching Bond on ITV. It's how I first saw many of the Films back in the late 90's/early 2000s as a Kid.

Re: Bond on TV and Radio

I can still remember the excitement of waiting for what ever crappy soap or whatever to finish
To get Watching Bond, even when working as a young waiter in  local bars and clubs. Bond
When shown would always be on the big screens.  ajb007/lol , it seems there is a lot of love out there
amongst the public for Bond.  ajb007/cheers

Re: Bond on TV and Radio

Did anyone see Endeavour on Sunday. It was partly set at the College of Arms. Morse and his boss went there and was told Sir Hilary was on holiday. As it was set in 1966, the time would have been right. Obviously the writer was a Bond fan.

Re: Bond on TV and Radio
