Two of Aldi's own label whisky  win gold awards.
From the scotch Masters.

I very much enjoy their Highland Black... Yet to try their Single Malts.

They do some wonderful chocolate as well  ajb007/biggrin

I've just finished The Genrothers Select Reserve, which was very-very nice indeed, and have one decent double left of Cardhu Gold Reserve.

I'm hoping, being Fathers Day in the UK tomorrow, that I'll get another nice single malt.

Just picked up this bottle. One of the last whiskeys from one of my favorite whiskey brands that I hadn't tried yet. What have you guys been drinking recently?

According to the article the White Walker is best served chilled. I guess so you can't taste the actual whisky.  ajb007/tongue  ajb007/shifty

In terms of commemorative bottles I prefer the Blade Runner Director's Cut. It's a keeper.
